The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to the Clause 37 of the Law "On State Service" and Clause 21 of the Law "On Service in the Local Self-Government Bodies" (regarding the Retirement Insurance)

The Bill (Reg.№4389) suggests the amendments to the effective Laws on retirement insurance establishment pursuant tot e Law "On State Service" irrespective of the working place for the period of retirement age reaching by the officials of the local self-government bodies with the length of service not less than 20 years.
